Zabit Magomedsharipov Signs With Real American Freestyle

Zabit Magomedsharipov has officially signed with Real American Freestyle and is set to face Giga Chikadze on November 14th at the Etihad Arena. This appearance follows Magomedsharipov's departure from the UFC in 2019, where he concluded his run with an undefeated 6-0 record. Despite previously stating he had no interest in returning to active mixed martial arts, he participated in an ACBJJ grappling event this past August.

His opponent, 38-year-old Giga Chikadze, enters the matchup following a difficult stretch in the UFC, having recorded one win in his last five outings. The RAF Abu Dhabi event is set to be headlined by a cruiserweight clash between Colby Covington and Khamzat Chimaev. The card also features a rematch between Jordan Burroughs and Azamat Nurykau.
