Anthony Pettis Scheduled for January Boxing Match Against Neeraj Goyat in India

Promotional officials confirmed that Anthony Pettis is set to face Neeraj Goyat in a 154-pound contest. The event, presented by IPBL Boxing and sanctioned by the Indian Boxing Council, will take place in India, though the specific host city remains to be determined. Potential locations include Hyderabad, Visakhapatnam, and Chennai, with an official announcement expected in November.

Pettis holds a 1-1 professional boxing record, having defeated Roy Jones Jr. before losing a decision to Chris Avila. His opponent, Goyat, enters the bout on a five-fight winning streak. MVP co-founders Jake Paul and Nakisa Bidarian organized the event to highlight Goyat's career on home soil against a former world champion.
