Zabit Magomedsharipov Returns for RAF Wrestling Match Against Giga Chikadze

Promotional officials have confirmed that Zabit Magomedsharipov will compete in a wrestling match at RAF Abu Dhabi, taking place at the Etihad Arena. He is scheduled to face fellow UFC veteran Giga Chikadze. Magomedsharipov last competed in professional MMA in November 2019, where he finished his six-fight UFC tenure undefeated.

Chikadze, who has competed 13 times in the UFC, enters this wrestling matchup following a recent skid in his octagon appearances. The upcoming event will also feature a rematch between Jordan Burroughs and Azamat Nurykau, revisiting their 2019 world championship contest. The RAF Abu Dhabi card is anchored by a cruiserweight championship match between Colby Covington and Khamzat Chimaev.
