Daniel Dubois and Fabio Wardley Meet for Final Rematch Press Conference

Daniel Dubois and Fabio Wardley met in Manchester on October 15 for a final press conference and ceremonial staredown. The two fighters are scheduled to square off in a rematch this Saturday, October 17, 2026, in London.

In their initial meeting five months ago, Dubois secured a late knockout victory to claim the WBO strap. During that bout, Wardley recorded two knockdowns but failed to capitalize on the opportunities.

Heading into the rematch, Wardley stated his belief that the fight will not go the distance. He indicated he intends to make adjustments to become more clinical and expressed that he will aim to finish the contest quickly if he manages to drop Dubois again.
