Former UFC Challenger Kevin Lee Launches Restaurant in Dallas

Kevin Lee, a former UFC interim Lightweight title challenger, held the grand opening for his restaurant, Braised, on November 1, 2026. Located inside PREP Dallas at 1499 Regal Row, the establishment focuses on slow-cooked meats and comfort food, including menu items such as oxtail, barbecue beef short ribs, and chicken pot pie. Lee was assisted during the event by his brother, Keith Lee.

The business began as a Florida-based pop-up in 2024 before expanding into a food truck and catering operation. After relocating to the Dallas-Fort Worth area, Lee aims to establish the restaurant as a community-focused venture. Lee, who compiled an 11-8 record during his UFC tenure, retired from professional fighting following a PFL debut loss in June 2025.
