Michel Pereira to Face In Soo Hwang at ZFN 5

Michel Pereira, who concluded his UFC tenure with a 10-6 promotional record, will make his first post-UFC appearance at ZFN 5. The promotion, founded by Chan Sung Jung, announced that Pereira will face In Soo Hwang in a middleweight matchup scheduled for December 19, 2026. The event is slated to stream on UFC Fight Pass.

Pereira entered free agency following a unanimous decision loss to Shara Magomedov in June. The 33-year-old previously competed under the Road FC banner in South Korea, where he went 3-0 with three knockouts. His opponent, In Soo Hwang, holds a 9-2 record and is coming off a third-round stoppage victory over Alex Polizzi at ZFN 4 earlier this year.
